讲座背景

      随着新公司法即将实施，公司治理结构和股权管理面临新的挑战和机遇。法定代表人作为公司的重要角色，其权利和义务也随之发生变化。同时，股权退出机制的优化，对公司运营和股东权益保护具有深远影响。为了帮助企业家和法律专业人士更好地理解和应对这些变化，我们特别举办此次讲座。

 With the upcoming implementation of the new Company Law, corporate governance structure and equity management are facing new challenges and opportunities. As an important role of the company, the rights and obligations of the legal representative also change accordingly. Meanwhile, the optimization of the equity exit mechanism has a profound impact on the operation of the company and the protection of shareholder rights. In order to help entrepreneurs and legal professionals better understand and respond to these changes, we have specially organized this lecture.
